Notes for Emma

Sweet Emma, you have always been a joy to me and Papa. You are a bright light of God’s love wherever you go and whatever you do. Your inward beauty is reflected in your outward beauty. We love you and are so proud of you and know you will accomplish great things in the future.
With much love
Nana and Papa

Your mother and I are eternally grateful for the opportunity to have come alongside you during each step of your education. You have risen in knowledge, stature and favor with us, as we have witnessed the level of maturity you possess on so many topics. We have learned a great deal through your “lens” and are better for it. NYC was a distant place on a map to which we now have a personal and familiar touch with the times we visited. I believe the experience you gained inside the class and immersed in the metropolis of humanity, culture and art will stay with you forever and serve you well. Your mother and I are so pleased, delighted with your accomplishments and look forward to your big day of graduation. With love and devotion. Mom & Dad

Congratulations lovely Emma! You did it! Your diligence and perseverance towards excellence has once again helped you finish well. I’m so proud of you. Praying God’s best over you as you discern His next steps for your future. XO

Emma Lou,
Even though it has been from a distance I have enjoyed watching you grow into a beautiful, intelligent, talented young lady! I am one very proud aunt and I am excited for what I know is a very bright future for you!

Emma!!!!

First off, thank you for laughing at my jokes in scientific reasoning because we probably wouldn’t be friends if you didn’t.

What a role model you’ve been in my life! You live with a bold faithfulness, tender heart, an insane work ethic and brilliant mind. Your friendship is one of most precious things in my life and I don’t say that lightly. You’re the first person I go to FaceTime when I’ve done something embarrassing or when I need to vent or when I need a good belly laugh. Honestly don’t know what I’d do without you. I thank God he brought you into my life and pray He blesses, protects, and provided for you in postgrad life. Love you so much!

Congrats Emma! I have seen your hard work and dedication throughout all these years and it has been truly admirable. Thank you for pushing me to be a better student and showing me the right path to follow. This is just one step towards much more to come!

Hello lifelong friend and the best roomie in the entire planet. Beyond grateful for our moms to pull this whole living situation together. They are super moms. Through their meddling, we met each other and became roommates. But most importantly, you became one of my best friends. Your heart is so pure and loving. And of course funny, duh?! Like I always say, Texas will ALWAYS welcome you with an open heart and open arms. I still think either you are coming here or I’m going there.

Emma, you are such an incredible person – your love is not only persistent but it is so grand and so genuine. I am thankful for your presence in my life, and thankful for the circumstances of that one class because that’s how we became friends lol… You are one of the sharpest and most eloquently spoken people that I know. I look forward to seeing how your life and your love are going to impact others in such a huge way, as they already have!

Congratulations Emma! What wonderful accomplishments! May God bless you always! ❤️

Sweet Emma, Congratulations! Thinking back to the day you moved in to your Brooklyn apt the summer of 2018 to our coffee dates and now your pandemic graduation – you have faced the many challenges college threw your way with kindness and grace. I’m cheering you on as you enter this next season of life! All my best. <3

Emma, you have accomplished so much , papa and I are so proud of you. We know that god has a plan for you, we love you very much. Nana and papa on the water.
