Please excuse my belated congratulations on earning your PPE degree in the spring. It was a great pleasure to have you in Con Law, International Politics, and Russia & the West. I also enjoyed conversing with you outside class about Russia, global politics, and your participation in ROTC. Our military will be lucky to have you as an officer!
